Do not be suprised if you find this test more difficult than you thought, balance and co-ordination deteriorates when
unused. In today's sedentary society, the overuse of chairs has huge impact on our body, in particular on our muscles.

DIY Personal Training provides exercises that focus on key components of fitness such as balance and co-ordination rather
than endorsing old-fashioned 'body-building' methods. The advantages and benefits of these types of exercises are plenty,
particularly to recreational exercisers by improving posture and injury prevention, but also to more serious exercisers and
those involved in sports. The reason being, that the nervous system controls muscular activity and thus your balance. Being
able to activate mure muscles means movements can be controlled improving performance and reducing the chance of
injury. Moreover, more working muscle means more energy used, thus more calories burned.
